1.Slow progress is better than no progress
Says that quote, which is true. People tend to set high expectations from the beginning which leads to disappointments but hey, you’re starting. You can’t put that big burden on yourself when you are just on the first step to learning.
so, instead of forcing yourself to go to the gym all day a week, just do 2-3 times a week.

2. Support System
Isn’t it just annoying when you’re trying to restrain yourself from those fatty foods and sweet cakes then suddenly your friends eat them in front of you, and even says things like “just do your diet tomorrow” or “just count this day a cheat day!”, then you give in and regret it afterwards. We suggest you to start surrounding yourself with people with the same goals as you, or people who motivates you without bringing you down. Voices around you really gives a big role!

3. Dress Up
Put on your gym clothes! That way you’d feel like it’s such a waste then end up hitting the gym in the end

treat yourself that new top or dress you’ve been eye-ing after diligently going through a period of workout! Be it going 3 times to the gym straight for a month, or anything that is fit for your plan.

5. Make Room
There will be times you don’t have time to go outside to do your planned workout or get stuck indoors. Don’t let this stop you! Do a home workout via Youtube, walk your dog, or clean up the house.
