- Have healthy alternative snacks
a lot of people stay away from snacks on their diet, when actually they are not a problem if you can pick the right ones. Try having fresh fruits like bananas, apples, and oranges, or juice them. You can also have peanuts like almond, cashew, soy, mung beans, etc. They can help you to suppress hunger before your main meals.
- Go on a detox
belly fat is usually caused by an unhealthy eating habbit, like consuming alcohol, fried foods, salty foods, or instant foods. So how do you get rid of them from your body? Detox is how!. Aside from helping you have a flatter belly, it aids in cleansing toxins from your system, boosts metabolism and digestive system, brightens skin, and rich in antioxidants.
- Consume Protein and Fiber
Try changing your carbohydrate intake with foods that contains protein and fiber. For example, opt out rice and sugar with eggs, fish, soy, etc. These foods are also known to give you a more satisfying feeling which makes you full longer than rice.
- Drink plenty of water
Did you know that 60% of what goes in-and-out of your body is water?. We keep losing fluids, usually by sweating and through our urine, that is why keeping ourselves hydrated is very important. That be said, there is still a recommended amount of how much water we should consume daily, which is 8 glasses or 2 litres a day. Water helps us to burn carbs and the process of breaking down fats.
